Required materials. -

Add sago to 1000ml boiling water. -

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently -

After cooking, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. -

Pour through the strainer and add ice cubes to rinse. -

Add 25g white sugar to 50ml water. -

Pour in the washed sago and save for later use. -
