Tips
1. It is best to put enough water in the steamer at one time, and then add the cake after the water is boiled.
2. The steaming time may vary from store to store. Remember to insert a bamboo skewer into the middle after steaming. If there is still wet batter, continue steaming for 5 minutes until there is no more wet batter inside and it is completely cooked.
3. Brush the bottom of the 5-inch round mold with a layer of oil, and put a layer of oil paper on it in advance for later use.
