Tips
Spanish pepper-filled green olives have a strong spicy flavor and go well with various bread types. Wrapped in focaccia or ciabatta dough and baked directly, or sandwiched in our daily favorite flower rolls, there will be unexpected surprises. Spanish black olives as a side dish in savory pie can also add a unique Spanish flavor. For example, in my favorite grilled salmon pie, or in the Wellington beef puff pastry mushroom stuffing, you can mix some Spanish black olives into it to add flavor.
